Return Policy

We make it flexible for our clients to reach us in case of any problem or issues raised regarding the product. We accept returns if the product delivered to you has a manufacturing defect or if the customer thinks that the product received by him is not as per his need or description, in this case, we give a replacement. In our 7 days of Return Policy, we do not give a cash refund.

  • RETURN REQUEST – Reviewing your return request is our foremost step that we make sure is done properly to resolve the issue in minimum time. If it is required, the request is shared with the merchant for his approval. After approval, pickup of the product is arranged through our courier partner. If our reverse pickup service is not available on your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product; in that case, the courier charges will be reimbursed by us. Replacement or refund is initiated immediately after the product is received and is verified against your claim. Replacement would depend on the stock availability. The same can takes up to 1 to 3 weeks from the time a request is raised to the time the product is delivered back to us. Apart from this, nature of the product and your location will decide the exact time of replacement. Please be assured that we work very hard to ensure that your interests are protected.
  • RETURN PERIOD- We make sure that the product range we offer is optimum and are sternly packed to circumvent loss during transit. However, in case you request a return of any product, it should be returned within 7 days of receiving the same. The return period of the product is mentioned along with the product description.
  • PRODUCT FOR PICK-UP - If your order is approved for pick-up, you will receive an email from us, mentioning the packaging instructions and return address. Make sure that the product has not been used/worn or altered/tampered or is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip. Do mention your order number on the box.
  • TRACKING YOUR PRODUCT – We provide you the complete information about the product and help you to locate it, thus, keep tracking your product. Within 24-48 hours, you will receive an email from us specifying the tracking details using which you can track the package on courier’s website only after your order is picked from your place. You can track the status of your return request at Fashinoknockout/track order too.
  • SENDING BACK PRODUCTS - You don’t need to pay anything if we arrange the pickup of your product while you need to bear the courier cost if you are using a courier service to send your product back. We reimburse you the courier charges up to Rs.200 in the form of loyalty points.
  • REPLACEMENT OR REFUND - Within 2 working days of receiving the product at our center, we initiate the procedures for replacement or refund. If the client has requested refunds, it takes up to 2 weeks for the amount to be credited to your Cash Account after we have initiated the refund. However, you can order another product from your Cash and that too immediately after return. If the product received by us is not as per your claim or you have not written Fashionknockout order number on the package, the refund/replacement may get delayed or decline.
